Original (Warabi) Mochi Powder

Warabi Mochi is a type of Wagashi which in Japanese is a snack enjoyed as a chewy jelly-like sweet, made from warabiko (warabi starch flour), then dipped in kinako (sweet roasted soybean flour) and poured with thick Kiromitsu Syrup on top before serving as an additional sweetener. Different from mochi in general, Warabi Mochi is very authentic with a much softer, soft and chewy texture.
